Can a penthouse apartment be eco-friendly? If so what criteria makes it eco-friendly?
assuming that it's already standing,i think there are things you can do to “green” it up.
replace flooring,counters,insulation with recycled/sustainable materials.
re-paint with eco friendly paint.
use energy star appliances.
